Laura Phelps is the owner and operator of Next DoorHR. She is a dedicated human resource professional who loves all things HR and is an active member of SHRM. Laura specializes in working with medical offices and therapy group practices. After spending more than 15 years in the industry and supporting a wide range of clients, she has found that some businesses cannot support the cost of a full-time HR employee but need the services of a dedicated HR person.
